    Abstract:
The main objective of the developed project is to promote more comprehensive student engagement in the subject of physical education. To achieve this, the project involves the use of a basic physical quality, strength, and the implementation of new methodologies in which students, working in groups, take the lead in developing and presenting their work to their peers. The students involved in this project are from the 4th ESO at a school located in an area with a medium-low socioeconomic level, where many families face structural challenges. The foundation of the project is to use a current, attention-grabbing topic to spark student interest and thus encourage active participation in the subject's tasks. This will be achieved through the formation of groups, each of which will present a specific strength training session. To collect data in a more structured way, the project will incorporate three types of evaluation: hetero-evaluation, co-evaluation, and self-evaluation. The project aims to foster student growth in various areas and competencies. Additionally, it is designed with the potential to be implemented in other subjects or expanded through the use of ICT tools, there by involving not only the participating students but the entire educational community.
