Abstract:
El proyecto tiene como objetivo conseguir rentabilizar y evolucionar un negocio familiar, realizando una serie de cambios para conseguir finalmente lo que cualquier negocio busca: un incremento el nivel de ventas. En este caso, del nuevo producto sostenible fabricado a partir de polietileno reciclado, y a su vez poder ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente, manteniendo altos niveles de stock para posibilitar pedidos de grandes cantidades en cualquier momento del año.
