Plan de negocio: centro de pádel Arroyo

Abstract

El Plan de Negocio que se desarrolla a continuación consiste en la apertura de un centro de pádel en la localidad de Arroyomolinos situado en la Comunidad de Madrid, seleccionado por las ventajas y oportunidades que este municipio ofrece con relación al área empresarial y competencia. El nombre comercial del centro será “Centro de Pádel Arroyo” y contará con 4 pistas reglamentarias, además de los servicios de una cafetería y vestuarios para los practicantes. En cuanto a las características que diferenciarán al centro se destaca una superior calidad de las instalaciones, la tecnología utilizada del centro y el horario de apertura del centro de pádel respecto a la competencia. Este proyecto será llevado a cabo por dos socios que estarán al frente del negocio y que aportarán un capital inicial, además de conseguir una financiación bancaria que ayudará a afrontar los costes iniciales e inversión. Entre los objetivos de este Plan de Negocio se destacan: la consolidación en el sector dentro de la localidad y conseguir una alta cartera de clientes progresivamente, recuperar la inversión inicial en los siguientes 5 años, ser un centro de referencia en la región y poder ampliar a un segundo centro en los próximos 10 años. Igualmente, este proyecto desarrolla un estudio de la oportunidad y viabilidad de negocio estudiando diferentes variables que afectan directamente a este proyecto. ABSTRACT The Business Plan that is developed below consists of the opening of a paddle tennis center in the town of Arroyomolinos located in the Community of Madrid, selected for the advantages and opportunities that this municipality offers in relation to the business area and competition. The commercial name of the center will be “Centro de Pádel Arroyo” and it will have 4 regulatory courts, in addition to the services of a cafeteria and changing rooms for practitioners. Regarding the characteristics that will differentiate the center, the superior quality of the facilities, the technology used in the center and the opening hours of the paddle tennis center stand out compared to the competition. This project will be carried out by two partners who will be in charge of the business and who will provide initial capital, in addition to obtaining bank financing that will help face the initial costs and investment. The objectives of this Business Plan include: consolidation in the sector within the town and progressively achieving a high customer base, recovering the initial investment in the next 5 years, being a reference center in the region and being able to expand to a second center in the next 10 years. Likewise, this project develops a study of business opportunity and viability by studying different variables that directly affect this project.
