abstract = {This didactic program is designed for a whole school year for 1st course of Upper Secondary Education, aimed at providing a full linguistic immersion in the English language within a harmonic and motivating learning experience for students in this age group, typically around 16-17 years old. They have chosen to continue their studies in Bachillerato level, having completed the compulsory education stage, so students are expected to be more independent in their studies and take more responsibility for their learning. Their curriculum is more specialised and focused on preparing for university studies. The program is divided into 8 didactic units, following Burlington Books TRENDS I, and it is designed to cover a range of language skills and competencies, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking, to put into practice all grammar and vocabulary. It includes a variety of activities and tasks to keep students engaged and motivated, challenging group work, presentations, debates, and creative writing exercises. Throughout the program, students will also engage in regular grammar and vocabulary exercises, as well as  peer feedback and self-assessment throughout the year and unit tests and final exams at the end of each term. Overall, this didactic program is elaborated to provide a comprehensive and engaging English language learning experience for students in 1st course of Upper Secondary Education, while developing important skills and competencies described in the curriculum that will be useful for their future academic and professional life.},
