abstract = {Over the years, dental clinics have been affected by the great increase in competitiveness, this due to the increase in graduates in Dentistry and the lengthening of the professional practice of dentists. So much demand has made countless franchises appear. Although it is true that we currently have more resources to better treat the patient (both at the level of clothing and at the level of education), competitiveness has brought with it an important disadvantage which is the need to perform treatments in the shortest possible time, achieving thus billing what is necessary to meet the objectives of the company, making the dental clinic a hostile and unpleasant environment for patients. The purpose of this research work was to carry out a bibliographic review where the best strategies to achieve a pleasant and pleasant environment for all patient profiles were known.},
abstract = {A través de los años las clínicas dentales se han visto afectadas por el gran aumento en la competitividad, esto debido al incremento de graduados en Odontología y el alargamiento del ejercicio profesional de los odontólogos. Tanta demanda ha hecho que aparezcan las innumerables franquicias. Si bien es cierto que actualmente contamos con más recursos para un mejor trato al paciente (tanto a nivel de indumentaria como a nivel de educación) la competitividad a traído consigo una desventaja importante, la cual es la necesidad de realizar tratamientos en el menor tiempo posible logrando así facturar lo necesario para poder cumplir con los objetivos de la empresa, haciendo que la clínica dental sea un ambiente hostil y desagradable para los pacientes. La finalidad de este trabajo de investigación fue realizar una revisión bibliográfica donde se conocieran las mejores estrategias para lograr un ambiente agradable y placentero para todos los perfiles de pacientes.},
