This project designs a framework for identifying and managing logistics risks adapted to this context. Through a qualitative case study, based on documentary analysis of public sources, the main risks are identified and classified into structural, operational, and external categories, and three recent disruptions affecting the archipelago are analyzed: the COVID-19 pandemic, the Suez Canal blockage, and the La Palma volcanic eruption. The results show that the OR status tends to act by amplifying the impact of these disruptions compared to other territories with greater connectivity, rather than by creating new risk categories.
