Its main differentiation is a detailed personalization, highly attractive for families and children. The aim is to guarantee a good balance between enjoying sports and nature, while children enjoy a unique environment. This study confirms the high demand for accommodation of this profile, and analyzes the branding strategy that will allow El Castillo to position itself quickly and successfully. PESTEL and SWOT studies are also carried out, as well as the necessary financial projections based on seasonality (peak, high, low), taking into account both the CapEx and OpEx necessary to carry out the business plan.
